How Do I Clean My Tool Pack or Pouch?
The best way to clean our tool pack and pouches is to spot clean with a damp cloth, then let it air dry. Although constructed with 1000D Cordura waterproof fabrics with secondary coating to repel water effectively - we do not recommend fully submerging our products in water for cleaning.
My Zipper Is Not Functioning Correctly. What Should I Do?
If you are having problems with the zipper on your product by Woven Granite, please reach out thru our Contact Form, so we can provide a mailing address to send back your product. Our team will evaluate the issue and decide the best course of action to repair or replace it if possible.
What Is The Warranty On Your Products?
Woven Granite guarantees its entire line of products for the Lifetime of the Product**** (original sales receipt required). This warranty covers the product for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship only. If the product ever fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, Woven Granite will repair or may replace it with a like product at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper use, or the natural break down of colors and materials over time. This warranty does not cover any damage to bag contents, loss of bag contents, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.
**** Expected 'Lifetime of Product' of Woven Granite products can vary depending upon on customer usage, but we have taken great steps with extensive prototyping during development, incorporating the World's best tactical fabrics renowned for unwavering strength and resistance to abrasion in the harshest of outdoor extreme sports, military and work environments combined with highest level of craftsmanship - to ensure you enjoy many years of tough use.
