Order are processes on the same business day they are ordered. You can expect to receive your In Stock Items in 2 - 3 business days through our Standard nationwide flat rate shipping.

Currently we do not ship outside of the US. We offer shipping within the contiguous 48 States and District of Columbia in the United States from our Utah Warehouse - through our Standard nationwide flat rate shipping.

We are working with international carriers to provide our products to our international customers. Once established international shipping may have longer lead-times, and are subject to customs costs and customs delays to the ship to individual countries.

The best way to clean our tool gear is to spot clean with a damp cloth, then let it air dry completely before re-use.  Although constructed with 1000D Cordura waterproof fabrics with secondary coating to repel water effectively - we do not recommend fully submerging our products in water for cleaning.

If you are having problems with the zipper on your product by Woven Granite. Please reach out thru our Contact Form, so we can provide a mailing address to send back your product. Our team will evaluate the issue and decide the best course of action to repair or replace it if possible.

At Woven Granite, our reputation for unmatched quality for those who use our gear is a tremendous source of pride.  Items purchased on wovengranite.com and kept in unused condition may be returned for up to 30 days.  Items that are missing tags, are stained or discolored, or otherwise exhibit signs of use are not eligible for return, unless we determine there is an obvious manufacturing defect as outlined under Warranty. 

To initiate a return, contact our team thru this Contact Form, and we will reach out to you within three business days to inform you of the next steps.

Woven Granite guarantees its entire line of products for the Lifetime Craft Guarantee of the Product** (original sales receipt required).  This warranty covers the product for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship only.  If the product ever fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, Woven Granite will repair or may replace it with a like product at our discretion.  This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper use, or the natural break down of colors and materials over time.  This warranty does not cover any damage to bag contents, loss of bag contents, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.
