30 Day Returns. At Woven Granite, our reputation for unmatched quality for those who use our gear is a tremendous source of pride.  Items purchased on wovengranite.com and kept in unused condition may be returned for up to 30 days.  Items that are missing tags, are stained or discolored, or otherwise exhibit signs of use are not eligible for return, unless we determine there is an obvious manufacturing defect that is covered by our Lifetime Craft Guarantee*** as outlined under Warranty.  To initiate a return, please contact our team thru the Contact Form, and we will reach out to you within three business days to inform you of the next steps.
